In addition to making the perfect jerk sauce, we spent a lot of time and effort on designing the right look and feel for the bottle’s label. We call the label’s theme “our postcards.” We believe images of Jamaica and its lifestyle are so beautiful and diverse that it cannot be captured in just one photograph. The label, with its multiple postcards, along with the jerk sauce will bring back the wonderful memories of your last trip and will help create new memories as you enjoy it with your food.

Since growing up in a little district called Wakefield in Jamaica, traditional island cooking has been a significant part of my life. I started cooking at the age of six and developed a love for preparing authentic Jamaican dishes, especially jerk cooking.
After starting Real Jamaican Jerk An’ Ting, I wanted to create a jerk sauce that brought back the flavors and aromas I enjoyed as a child. After testing a variety of mixtures over the past few years, I have come up with the perfect jerk sauce that meets my high standards. It combines the right amount of spice and rich Jamaican flavors that will bring your food to life.
